Earth and Moon Services is extremely busy this week as we prepare to visit Las Vegas for the First Annual IMEX America; and what a perfect time to launch our new blog. We invite you to join us as we blog about our experiences while we attend this historic event. Our mission has always been to obtain and utilize as much knowledge as possible, combine that with industry relationships, and proven methodologies to provide our customers with the best venue, at the best price anywhere in the world. This opportunity will provide us the ability to continue doing just that.

IMEX is THE industry leader, meeting the needs of those in the meeting, incentive travel and events industry. Using the success of IMEX in Frankfurt, IMEX America has been meticulously designed to meet the needs of our industry leaders that are either insufficiently or not currently provided by existing America based trade shows.

As part of 2000 hosted buyers, Earth and Moon Services with have the ability to meet with our choice of over 1800 confirmed exhibitors who are representative of over 100 countries. With over 90 educational events available, and extremely easy to navigate scheduling tools, we currently have set aside time at over 20 educational events as well as with over 50 separate hotels and venues. This is all in an effort to connect with those who support the destination localities of some of our top clients.

While the challenging economy has persisted, businesses and individuals continue to seek out the best deals; and the hotel and events industry is doing its part to make sure their customers are thoroughly satisfied. We are extremely excited to be getting a firsthand look at what industry leaders are proposing and making available for our current and future clients.
